From Zen
[1] To study the Buddha way is to study the self.
[2] To study the self is to forget the self.
[3] To forget the self is to be enlightened by the ten thousand dharmas.
[4] To be enlightened by the ten thousand dharmas is to free ones body and mind and those of others.
[5] No trace of enlightenment remains, and this traceless enlightenment continues endlessly.
