From Family and Stage 2-Middle childhood

Mary and I grew up very close to each other. She lived next to Plummer Park, I lived across from Poinsettia. We didn’t meet until she was 28 and I was 33 at the Zen Center.

The yellow oval includes Poinsettia Recreation Center and Goldwyn Studios.

The red oval linked below it includes Grandpa Charlie’s 3 houses and is centered on the house where I lived from birth to age 12, Willoughby, between Fuller and Martel.

The red oval linked to it is centered on the house where my mom lived all her life until she got married, on Gardner Street between Willoughby and Waring.

The red oval around Plummer Park is centered on the house where Mary lived from birth to age 18. Fuller Ave. between Santa Monica and Fountain.

The blue oval around Melrose Avenue Elementary is where my father, my brother and I went to school.

The left blue oval north of Sunset, around Gardner St. elementary, is where Mary and my mom went to school.

The blue oval around Fairfax High is where my mom and dad met, and Jennifer went to high school 40 years later.

The right blue oval north of Sunset, around Hollywood High, is where Mary went to high school.

April 2022 – I forgot to circle Bancroft Junior High, where my mother, father, and wife went. It’s the pink and black block in the bottom right quadrant of the map.
