May we all remember preparation for sleep yoga throughout the day.

TWO: REMOVING GRASPING AND AVERSION
(3) May I remember before I go to sleep, able to process leftover thoughts, say good bye and look forward, entering into the sacred sleep, like entering into the sacred temple.
THREE: STRENGTHENING INTENTION
(4) [Setting intention in the morning|] May I have lucid dream. May I have sleep of clear light.
May I sleep well.
May we all sleep well, may you all sleep well.
May you all have clear light sleep, lucid dream.
May you all feel that you have a choice, that you have an option. That you have power to choose, power to change.
