The cover story in current Snow Lion. I wrote the 5 on an index card, with their chakra and the quality of that chakra from chart in Tenzin’s 5 element book. Put the Vision is mind practice on the other side of card. Took it to dance yesterday. Really helped purify & lift energy dancing.

Sitting today I was drawn into turning to face altar, which is centered on Tapihritsa & Ah! Pulled copy of Ngondro step 1 page 1 I had copied —“Opening the heart”.
