Went in with Urinary Tract Infection, came out weakened with greatly reduced swallow function, a G-tube into my stomach, and a continuous feed pump connected to me. G-tube went in 1/15/2017.

I was hospitalized with Urosepsis from UTI twice. In May 2016 going in I was able to eat a fairly wide range of solid food, coming out I was on a clear liquid diet. In January 2017 going in I was on a purée diet with great meals from our Vitamix blender. Coming out I only had formula pumped into my stomach through a g-tube.
