From Retirement Medical Issues
I have had a lot of trouble sleeping during the course of my illness. At one point I even saw a psychiatrist for three sessions for anxiety. He of course prescribed medication. The medicines felt like a blunt sledgehammer when something like a fine surgical instrument was called for.
