Questions for Ongoing Reflection and Dialogue

Pat’s understanding is that every People were given the original instructions of the nature of reality on Earth and that every human has a design for Thriving Life. Her guides have told her that through free will construct, we humans can have life any way we want it and are in fact actively forming our creation story right now through the way we live our lives.
Take time to reflect on this and consider your place on the Sacred Hoop of Life.
What are the original instructions given to your People? As Pat suggests, you can look for them in the stars. If you can’t see them in the stars, look for them in your own heart.
Assuming you can have life ‘any way you want it,’ how would you describe your life from this point of view? Allow yourself to go into as much detail as possible using all your ways of knowing beyond just the intellect. Open to your inner sources of inspiration, imagination, artistry and creativity. What is your creation story in-the-making?
How would you uphold the honour of being human to ensure the integrity of your place on the Sacred Hoop of Life?
As a ‘new kid on the block,’ how would you see yourself in relationship to the rest of the members of the Hoop of Life?
What are the qualities of a thriving life and how would you live them?
How would you direct your will? How would you direct all of your curiosity, your intellect, your energy, your spiritual connection, your emotional body, your nervous system – everything – in such a way that you become an organism that causes all other organisms to thrive?
How would you live life when viewed through the lens of an Earth construct?
What are the sacred objects, or who are the sacred beings, you would call upon for guidance and support?

Pat encouraged us to place ourselves before the Truth frequently. Experiment with this as a conscious practice.
How aware are you of Truth operating in your life? What is your truth?
How do you know when you are embodying Truth? How does it feel in your body, your heart, your mind, and deep in your soul?
How does it influence your experience of life and the quality of your relationships to people, events, places, other non-human beings, the Earth, and the Cosmos?

Pat emphasised the sacred movement, the sacred energy in all things. Everything is in constant motion, interaction and encounter, and with every encounter, the new is coming in. In light of this, ask yourself:
Why is it then so important for us to have the static-ness, the fixedness of knowing? Where does absolute knowing really get you and how does the human perception of absolute knowing then account for the motion, encounter and new realities of every other aspect of the Hoop?
What are you willing to let go of in terms of the static?
What are you perhaps working with in the present in order to live into the questions and flow with the nature of reality – the constant motion, encounter and newness of all life?
